Every day is a new beginning, every day you start with new thoughts, plans & priorities. Reflect, focus and become clear in your mind. Meditation is a way to reflect, to find out what’s your inner impulses, what’s your inner dialogue.
Sit wherever you are, on a chair, on the floor, close your eyes, focus on your breath and listen to your inner space. Start slowly, be patient, don’t wait to get answers…just observe, do not judge, let go of your thoughts.
